Tax Settings
Configure sales tax for invoices.
Most states exempt labor from sales tax for construction. Enable this only if your state requires it (e.g., HI, NM, WA, SD).
Enable for states like PA where deposits cannot be collected before work begins. Estimates convert to invoices on job approval instead of on deposit.
Geofencing
Verify employees are at the job site when clocking in. Configure how the system responds when a clock-in is outside the geofence.
When enabled, each work order can have a geofence. Clock-ins outside the fence are flagged for admin review.
Block mode prevents techs from clocking in until they are within the job site radius.
Applied as default when enabling geofence on a work order. 150m is typical.
